Sometimes you find a word that's just plain funky.
Welcome to 'quisling'.
The origins of this word are much darker than I thought. Apparently, there was a dude named Vidkun Quisling. He was a Norwegian war-time leader who decided to head up a Nazi regime during WWII. And people turned his last name into an insult, because obviously that was a dick move.
